India is a lifelong horse owner and competitor with a strong foundation in eventing and dressage, highlighted by earning her Bronze Medal from the United States Dressage Federation. She pairs that competitive background with decades of marketing and sales expertise, including the past 20 years dedicated exclusively to the equestrian industry.

Her corporate career includes senior marketing leadership roles with global brands such as Bacardi, Coca-Cola, Remy Amerique, Triarc Restaurant Group, and the Atlanta Steeplechase. This experience enables her to integrate sophisticated brand strategy with an authentic, first-hand understanding of the horse industry.

India is also the Founder and CEO of the very successful equestrian platform Mane Street Market, a thriving online marketplace for sales horses and equine services. She combines corporate-level marketing acumen with rooted industry relationships to help equestrian businesses and professionals grow with credibility and purpose.

Laurie Collings brings more than 20 years of recruiting, staffing, and consultative sales experience to Horse Power Partners. As HPP's primary recruiter, she leads search execution with a disciplined, relationship-driven approach that aligns high-caliber talent with each client's strategic goals.

Her career includes leadership roles with respected national organizations such as Manpower, Shearson Smith Barney, Bank of America, and State Farm, where she earned a reputation for trusted partnerships, strong communication, and measurable hiring outcomes. Laurie's expertise spans strategic workforce planning, client advisory, and full-cycle recruiting.

She holds a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation and degrees in Psychology and Journalism & Advertising - an academic foundation that informs her people-centered philosophy and sharp evaluation skills.
